Lots of things happened in the NFL last week. The Colts lost, the 49ers actually might be in a playoff race, and the injuries are adding up for a lot of teams. It’s hard to gauge who’s going to be in the playoffs at this point, but onto the predictions. Last week was an alright week for me. I think it’s my first winning week in a while. Let’s hope the magic continues in week 12.

Miami Dolphins vs Detroit Lions
Thanksgiving games the last few years haven’t been good. The Lions have been blown out at home the last two years, and face the red hot Dolphins. Joey Harrington comes back to Detroit so I think the game will be close for a while, then in typical Lions fashion, they will blow it in the end.
Winner: Miami Dolphins

Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs Dallas Cowboys
The Cowboys ended the Colts dream of an undefeated season. They could be in for a letdown, but with the NFC East wide open, they have to win this football game. I hope the Bucs wear their old jerseys. I miss Bruce the Buccaneer.
Winner: Dallas Cowboys

Denver Broncos vs Kansas City Chiefs
The Broncos blew a 17 point lead to the Chargers last week and lost control of the division. If Jake Plummer continues to struggle, they are going to have a quarterback controversy on their hands. They can ill afford that this late in the football season. Arrowhead isn’t an easy place to win, but the Broncos need this game bad.
Winner: Denver Broncos

Houston Texans vs New York Jets
If the Jets want to hang around in the AFC Playoff Picture, they can not afford to lose at home to the Texans. The Texans will play hard, but in the end will leave the Meadowlands with another loss.
Winner: New York Jets

Arizona Cardinals vs Minnesota Vikings
The Vikings have fallen out of the playoff picture with 4 straight losses. If they can’t beat the Cardinals at home, its time to look for some answers.
Winner: Minnesota Vikings

Cincinnati Bengals vs Cleveland Browns
The Browns were so close last week to beating the hated Steelers. Instead, at 3-7 they need to win out in hopes of making the playoffs. Playing the red hot Bengals offense doesn’t help.
Winner: Cincinnati Bengals

Carolina Panthers vs Washington Redskins
The Panthers are back on top of the NFC South. They get to face the struggling Redskins. The Panthers could be the only team in the NFC who can beat the Bears.
Winner: Carolina Panthers

Jacksonville Jaguars vs Buffalo Bills
Lee Evans went crazy against the Texans. While I doubt that will happen against the Jags, the Bills can win this football game. Remember, the Jags were swept by the Texans. They have a hard time getting up for games that look easy.
Winner: Buffalo Bills

New Orleans Saints vs Atlanta Falcons
Two teams going south at the wrong time face off in an important football game. The Saints magic season is starting to come apart. Even though Drew Brees throwing for a lot of yards, the Saints run could be over. The Falcons are also on the ropes, but I think they rebound this week.
Winner: Atlanta Falcons

Pittsburgh Steelers vs Baltimore Ravens
The Ravens have a nice lead in the AFC North. The Steelers always play the Ravens tough, and at 4-6 have a chance at the playoffs.
Winner: Pittsburgh Steelers

San Francisco 49ers vs St Louis Rams
The Rams are ice cold, and face the red hot 49ers. The 49ers aren’t good on the road, but the Rams haven’t been good in over a month.
Winner: San Francisco 49ers

Oakland Raiders vs San Diego Chargers
The Chargers are atop the AFC West, and face the woeful Oakland Raiders. Marty loves running it up against the Raiders.
Winner: San Diego Chargers

New York Giants vs Tennessee Titans
The Titans have been playing well the last two months. Vince Young plays it safe and doesn’t turn the football over. The Giants have major injury problems, but they need a win bad.
Winner: New York Giants

Chicago Bears vs New England Patriots
The Bears will play their 3rd straight road game. It’s a lot to ask a team to win 3 road games in a row. The Pats can make a statement with a win over the Bears.
Winner: New England Patriots

Philadelphia Eagles vs Indianapolis Colts
The Eagles lost Donovan McNabb for the season. They might as well flush this season down the toilet. On top of that, the Colts are mad after suffering their first loss of the season. This one shouldn’t be close.
Winner: Indianapolis Colts

Green Bay Packers vs Seattle Seahawks
The Seahawks know they have a fight on their hands in the NFC West. They need to keep control of the division, and the Packers right now, aren’t playing good on defense.
