The schedule is out, and here are some of the highlights
Miami with a lot of primetime games
The Dolphins will play on opening night, Thanksgiving, and on Xmas. It seems 9 wins gets you pretty far nowadays. A lot of people are buying into what Nick Saban has done with the Dolphins.
Eagles vs Cowboys on Christmas
For anyone sick of the T.O. saga, the NFL wants to ruin your Christmas even more with the Eagles going to Dallas. Dallas should be an improved team, and the Eagles should rebound from last year, but everyone wants Owens to do something on the star, and get a 15 yard penalty. Yay.
NFL on NBC
For seven of the last eight weeks of the season, NBC will be able to choose which game will be a primetime game. No more clunkers on Sunday night.
More Thursday games
Thursday games are back, and the same as they use to be. Instead of the NFL network, why don’t they give these games to TNT. I am happy to see the Browns on primetime, once this year.
